Hi, from a 50's male who has decided to take losing a bit of weight seriously for the first time. Not a lot to lose, but I wanna be fitter and live a healthy life so as to see my grand kids grow up knowing me. Good luck to everyone in their endeavours to 'shape up' 2012 is gonna be a great year.

Good luck, and you can do this :)
