My goal yesterday was 213g, but because I did cardio so it increased my daily intake. I only managed to eat 129g and ate 1837kcal. Also had 57g fat and 141g protein.0

I try to stay between 50g and 75g. Below 50g I dont feel good, get lightheaded and nauseous. I have found that my carb needs go up as my activity levels increase. When I compete I need at least 120g, sometimes as much as 150g depending on weather conditions and stress levels. When my activity levels are low I gain weight if I go over 100g even if my calories are under my goal.0

193 carbs :drinker: Mmmm....fruit and oatmeal. I usually am high on protein and fiber as well.0

I'm 5'4" and weigh 150 right now and I took in 169 g in carbs yesterday which seems like a huge amount compared to all the other women responding. MFP has me set at 55% carbs, 15% protein, 30% fat. I've been doing very well averaging about 1 lb a week weight loss since December. Recently I thought maybe I should strive for a lower carbs and reduced it to 45% and upped my protein, but I actually did worse, was hungrier, and wasn't enjoying eating as much so I figured if I could eat 55% carbs and still lose weight, why the heck not, right?0

All a matter of finding out the best method for your body mine is the opposite. I just took pasta and bread out of my diet and my carbs come from mostly veggies and fruit and I've never felt better, also finally broke my plateau. Higher carbs and I want to eat more carbs.0 -

155 of the 217 I have allowance for. Some days I have as low as 75 and others as high as 160. I try and stick to no more than 120 though.0
