I think I might have hit a plateau. I've been sitting at 152 for almost a month now. I don't no what I'm doing wrong. I'm not at where I want to be. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel like giving up! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm lost. I run 45 min a day and I have been shreding everyday as well.

  • By shredding you mean Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, right? You're doing that daily plus 45 minutes of running? That's a whole lot of exercise!

How much are you eating? Do you eat your exercise calories?

I think you may want to lower your amount of exercise. That could be the culprit, especially if you aren't getting enough calories.

Congrats on getting halfway to your goal!

The last time that i hit a snag i increased my calorie intake, sometimes your body will shut down if your need fueling it properly. I know its hard to do but i would give it a shot and see what happens.
