I can't believe it!

You have to understand that I've NEVER been a runner. One day I decided, ya know what - I hear about all these other people running, what's stopping me??

So a week & a 1/2 ago I decided to start the Couch to 5K program. Today I ran 2 miles without stopping... I think that this is a FIRST for me in my life!

I've been working out regularly and had lost 10 lbs. but have been stuck at that mark for a while. Once I started this program, though, I've already started to notice a difference!
