Can I get it at like Walmart? How much is it? Does it actually work if you stick to it?

    Yes :) I bought mine at Walmart. Its inthe fitness equipment isle with yoga mats and hand weights.
    I love the 30ds! I'm on day 4 of level 3 and started noticing a difference on level1! And the dvd is only like 9 bucks max :)

    i also got mine at walmart for 10 bucks but i found mine in the dvd electronic section under fitness dvd's. yes it actually worked, not great results for me but i did get some. I only lost 1 inch off my waist, 2 off my belly and hips and no lbs. I am re doing it as the 1st time was back in dec and i started level 3 today and so far i have had NO results this time around? :*(

    I am on Day 12- still a work in progress but, liking the results so far. I purchased my DVD from Amazon & it was under $9.

    I got mine at Walmart too. I use this along with "Ripped in 30" and "pink method" work out DVD's so I don't get bored. I am down 11 pounds but more importantly, my jeans are not tight!!
