Low Sodium Whole Wheat Bread

I am going to include watching my sodium intake as well. When tracking my sodium I was still amazed at it even though my breakfast is very healthy.
Okay ..question is ....what's a good LOW sodium whole wheat bread? I was doing great on my sodium for breakfast til plugging in my 2 slices of Trader Joe's soft whole wheat bread. Good stuff but loaded with sodium.
