Is it ok to log exercise calories earned late in the day to the following day?

    I don't see why not! Especially if you're not hungry post-workout.
  • In reality, you're looking at a week at time, as far as calories burned or eaten, from one day to another little bits here and there aren't going to make much of a difference. So go for it! :-)
