Do you eat your calories back?

Depends on the day. I usually just follow my body's cues, and eat what it needs. Sometimes that's under, sometimes a bit over, but it all seems to even out to where I usually eat a majority of the calories back. Works so far.0

I spoke with an endocronologist today because my mom has diabetes and we actually talked about this very subject. She said it is counterproductive to eat your exercise calories back.
I am sure if you create a large enough deficit you should eat something, but not all of them.
She also said if you undereat, your metabolism will slow down so you should it all your calories prior to adding exercise for those of us who have habits of going under 1200 (I'm guilty too).0
