Eight years too many !

I am 22 years old and have been struggling with my weight since I was 15, I have had extremely high blood pressure since then. I have tried dieting and changing my life a couple times and somehow I always lose motivation. This time I'm ready and want it more than anything. My starting weight was 306.. My ultimate goal weight is 160. But this week I'm aiming for 8 pounds by Sunday I'm going to focus on mini goals. I'm looking for friends and a support group of friends, who are looking to lose over 100 pounds so we can be in for the long haul together

Hi, I would suggest you setting smaller initial target than 100 pounds, so you will see your program start working and boost your confidence. I think the success of not of a diet depends a lot on the mood someone has, and you should start feeling well, before setting a goal of 100+ pounds
Remember that you are in a good age and your body will help you keep your heavy diet, so just give it a good try0 -
Yeah that's why I've set mini goals for myself. My first is to get I've 300 pounds which would be the first time I'd be in the 200s in about 4 years.
Thank you I'm really going to give it my all0
