unfortunately I am a PICKY eater :(
so the only fruits I really like to eat are bananas, grapes, and strawberry's...
are these okay fruits to be eating to try and lose weight?!

    All fruit is good for you, especially when you replace other things in your diet with fruit. As long as you're using them to replace unhealthier options, the fruits you mentioned are great choices. You can use them in a variety of ways, too.

    -Put your grapes in the freezer for a couple hours and eat them as a dessert. Really, really good, and for some reason, the coldness makes it seem more dessert-like

    I tried it recently and am completely addicted. I used all-natural peanut butter and light vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk -- the vanilla flavor really helped. It tastes like very, very cold banana pudding, but without any added sugar. It's a really nice dessert or even morning smoothie.
