First Time

This is my first time joining an on-line support group. Just need to establish some disciplines to my diet and exercise....would love to know how everyone else does it. :smile:

    I have done weight watchers in the past, now I am doing MFP. I am trying to stay within calorie goals and also made workout goals as well. I love the jillian michaels dvds...been doing them for the past few weeks consistently and then before I gained the weight. I have only been on here about a week, but I really like it and I think the tools are great. There is a lot of information on here. Do you have any specific goals?
