Tae Bo - Cardio Explosion

I am such a fan of the intense workout I get from Tae Bo and just purchased the Cardio Explosion last night and cannot wait to try it out today.

Has anyone done it and if so, what are your thoughts?

    i havent done that one but i do have a selection of billy blanks, i can honestly say thats what started me actually enjoying exercise..:laugh:

    I just got taebo cardio explosion and taebo ripped extreme. They both were so fun I didn't realize I was getting a great workout until I was panting and had to take a beak. Awesome workout and a lot of fun!!!
