I joined this site in the middle of January and have made changes to my overall diet and now I exercise 4-5 times a day! I started in November with a weight of 248 pounds and I am now down to 224! I am doing it slowly and this app has really helped. I am a 36 year old male and I started because I was put on cholesterol meds by my doc and I cannot stand being on meds! Hope to meet some new people to help be supportive and keep the weight off!
