I ordered some jeans last week. A size smaller. People of MFP, I honestly can not tell you that I bought new jeans and went the other direction when it came to buying a new size. I ordered them without trying them on in hopes that they would fit and not look too tight. Not only did they fit, they were comfortable!
Bottom line: Counting calories works for me. I'm almost halfway to my first major goal weight. YAY!
