I started my healthier lifestyle last summer, woke up one Friday and decided to get my life back.
I'm now a fully fledged member of a local gym, can run 5k, fit in size 12 (UK) clothes (and I've never been able to do that one).
MFP has been an amazing tool in this journey, along with the people I've met on here as well as my friends at home around me.
You too can do it.
I've gone from a size 20 to a 12 / 14. And down 60+ pounds.

I hope I can be down that much in that short of a timeframe. You are a real inspiration and you look so much younger now.

I really ought to add that I've stuck to 1200 calories or there abouts every day. Has risen higher recently but am working out harder. I don't eat back my exercise calories. This works for me, doesn't mean it will for you. I was lucky in finding what worked straight away. Mind you when I have a task in hand a mule has nothing on me for my stubbornness.

    Thanks everyone
