What a fun day planned. Shopping, Greek for lunch, exercise, Eastern European for dinner - feel like I'm on vacation. The Eastern European place has veggie goulash, if you can believe that!
I have to give credit to Yoga Journal for the workout - in a way. They had an article titled "10 songs, 10 poses" - I thought, wow, that's a long time to hold a pose. Turns out it wasn't like that, but I thought it was a good idea anyway. I need to get ready for the workshop in 2 weeks (gasp), so I need to hold my poses longer. CP - The Pogues are similar to The Waterboys, but a little more up beat.
Rodney Yee Advanced Yoga is coming from Netflix today. I hope to try it soon.
Happy Flappy Boogaloo!

Hi lady pebbles,
Today is a light yoga day. I was intending on Bikram, but just don't feel well. (did not sleep well last night at all.)
I'm trying to accept that how I'm feeling is "just" a fibromyalgia flare up. After four years of no symptoms, this is hard. I hate to think of myself as a person with a "condition". Add to that the stigma attached to this particular condition, and well. . .I'm a little depressed. What kind of crazy person wants to have diabetes or lupus just so she can have something she's not constantly explaining/justifying to people? That would be me.:noway:
Naptime/take care of yourselves boogaloo.:flowerforyou:0
