S/O of Skinnyfat

Okay, I'm here because I'm skinny fat. I do want to lose weight and gain muscle. "Sigh". I know I need to work weights into my exercise routine.

My question is: How do you find out your BF %? I'm 5' 2" and 127 pounds. I can run five miles, but can't do a push up.

Lastly, will the 30DS help with skinny fat? Will I lose fat and gain muscle doing that? I think I would enjoy that more than lifting at the gym.
