Okay, here I am all happy I lost all this weight, lovin being thin, but then I come to find that my *kitten* has all but disappeared. Sooo depressing. Anybody have any tips/ exercise routines to make my butt come back??? This sucks lol

Hey, girl!! I tried Insanity for a bit last year and I noticed a definite lift. It was a lot of power jumps, around the globes, and tons of jumping! I'm sure you can google any one of those and get an image of the exercise. Basically, any exercise that makes your legs, especially thighs, a powerhouse seems to lift that booty! I did a couple reps of those during the 45 minute workouts.
