Met my Goal!!!!!

Now that I have met my goal. I need to set other goals. My goal was to lose 30 lbs and I have done that. Now that I have done that what kind of goals should I set for myself. I am going to run a 5k and then move onto other types of runs. But I am unsure of how I should tweak my Life Style change. I am still going to eat healthy and exercise. But unsure of what else I can do. Anyone have any ideas?

    Get the book New Rules of Lifting for Women. You can set new goals for yourself in terms of how much more you will be able to lift over time = how much stronger you will be.
