i guess i thought my shape would improve more? when i was 130 i had an hourglass shape...now i'm the exact same shape, just a smaller version. i was hoping to get rid of my outer thigh flab, which i guess i'm doing...but i'm losing waist flab too so i can't tell that i've lost any outer thigh flab.
am i making any sense?? haha. i was hoping pants would fit me better (ie, not have that huge gap in the waist), but now i wear a size smaller, but i still have the same gap!! is this hopeless? should i just love my shape the way it is? i do exercise every day, but don't have tons of time for it (i have 2 small kids).
anyone else?

Just embrace your shape. It doesn't change.0

I hate when this happens (to me) !! I think this is genetics.
Sorry to say, but I've been pear shaped at both 106 lbs & 156 lbs. All you can do is lose weight & exercise. Your body will lose weight wherever it wants to. I see results up top first. Then my lower body finally slims down (some).... never enough :grumble:0 -
As far as the pants gapping in the waist, that is probably how you are built and most likely won't go away. At my very skinniest I've pretty much always dealt with the same issue. Grr. So annoying. I think maybe strength training might do more to tone up a person's body so it's pretty much what they want in other areas, though. I'm noticing I have 6 pounds to go and my stomach isn't really flattening, so I'm wondering if I will have to do that. I was hoping the running would be enough. We'll see.0

Embrace your shape as it probably isn't gonna change:) Try on some different styles of jeans, maybe you'll find one that fits better0
