Has anyone seen Dr. Mark Hyman on PBS "The Blood Sugar Solution"? Would love other opinions from MFP vets on this topic.

    I'm reading the book right now. It makes a lot of sense to me. I've long been a fan of his.

    I do have a bit of a beef with the quizzes he has on-line though - they take you directly to the store where I was recommended to start an $850 a month supplement regimen!

    I'll stick with the food guidelines and try to supplement as suggested as best I can, but $850 a month is double my grocery bill for two people!
