Am I getting enough protein on workout days?

I did strength training today and already logged everything for today, from my diary today does it look like I get enough protein for building muscle? I'm worried about eating too many calories and gaining weight back. In addition to saving calories for Vegas next week.

I'm 5'6 110 lbs trying to tone, not become ripped.

  • 126 grams of protein is plenty, in my opinion. I work with a personal trainer and he has suggested 100 grams to me to build lean muscle,

    No idea, I'm just assuming it is ok to do that.. I've never experienced, "starvation mode" that I know of so have no fear of it lol.

    Aim for 100-120 per day. EVERY day. Not just workout days.
