30DS or Ripped In 30...Which is better?

I was going to buy the 30DS (2007) but saw Ripped in 30(2011) beside it - both by Jillian Michaels. Just trying to get any input on which is the better DVD at home to use to lose pounds & tone up....Any opinions?
