Plateau Motivation?

What do you guys/girls do to keep motivated during a plateau?
Lately my weight has been not moving or slowly creeping up then down over the last week instead of the steady loss i was having before -- and I know it will start moving again but trying to stay motivated during the plateau.

everyone platueas...just keep doing what you have been. go out and buy new exercise gear. Clean out you pre-loss clothes, ones that you never wanna see yourself in again! then go buy new clothes that make you feel and look great:)0

I was totally feeling discouraged and ready to give up earlier. I don't have a lot of weight to use - and they do say that last 10 pounds is the hardest. I dropped a couple pounds right away, but for over a week I was stuck and then went back up again. I've been exercising 5 to 6 days a week, being careful with my calories, and it's really frustrating. Mostly I vented to friends here and on Twitter and on DietBet, and they helped get me back in the right frame of mind. I'm going to increase my cardio workouts and dial back on my strength training. I'm also going to try to get more friends involved to help keep me going. I have someone going to trampoline aerobics with me this week, then on Saturday I'm doing a 3-hour burlesque class, and I'm going to try to find someone to hit the gym with me a couple days a week. I also came across a very unflattering picture of myself and am keeping that handy for when I want to give up!0
