Help me beat my enemy

Hello All,

Im very new to this site so bear with me. Over the last month I have been slowly (slowly is an understatement) losing weight. Now I feel very confident my lifestyle has improved considerably and I am more in control of my food. I am sticking to under 1500 cals a day (my app suggests 1200, which I have been ok with so far during the week).

Monday-Friday I usually go jogging 2-3 times a week and use my Wii Fit almost every night.
Then I face my enemy... THE WEEKEND! What used to be my favourite 2 days of the week are now my worst as I always without fail mess up my control and binge eat / do little to no exercise!

This is where I need help. How do you guys do it? Saurday night is usually curry night/pizza night, I stay up later and without noticing I have consumed an entire packet of biscuits or something similar.

Any advice or tips on how to stay healthy at the weekend?
