40-50 lbs to GW - How much do you expect to lose per week?

Hi all! Just wanted to see if there are others like me that have about 40-50lbs to lose and how long do you expect it to be before you reach your goal?

I just barely started 3 weeks ago (1270 cals/ high proten/low carb diet -- 5/45 minutes work outs a week) and I've lost 3lbs. I'm hoping that it takes me 40 weeks to get to my goal weight. I hope to stay motivated the whole time, I'm thinking of it like a full term pregnancy (ha!) Any others on a 40 week challenge?

I want to hear your goals and what you are doing to achieve them :)
