EASY LOW CAL HEALTHY COOKIE makes 24 cookies . 44 calories each. :love:
==============================

1.5 Cups oatmeal ( I only had the quaker instant oatmeal and that equals 5 packets)
1 Cup applesauce
2 ripe bananas
1/3 C raisins ( which = 78.074118126 grams for when you enter it into your measurements for your calories)

MASH BANANAS,
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER,
DROP BY A TABLESPOON ONTO A GREASED COOKIE SHEET..
BAKE @ 375 FOR 30-35 MINUTES . ( i found in my oven 25 minutes was plenty )

makes 24 cookies....

sit down, relax, and enjoy!!!! :flowerforyou:

    I love this. My boyfriend had the idea of shaping these into breakfast bars so we can use this as a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast. I am so looking forward to breakfast now.

    This is great - I've been looking for an oatmeal raisin cookie recipe for a while now. One question though, can you taste the banana? I love fresh bananas but can't stand the taste or smell of the synthetic or cooked ones!

    depends how much you mash it... if you have it like puree i doubt you'll be able to taste it..I left mine in little chunks so I could bite into them and have a lil chunk of banana .

    Great idea! My husband won't eat bananas once they are no longer green so I am always looking for banana recipes!

    I'm right there with your husband. I can't even touch bananas once they "turn". Tried to make Banana bread (which I love), but I couldn't mash the over ripe bananas. I'm almost ashamed to admit it...but I threw up trying to mash them. :sick:

    Those cookies sounds great...but I won't be able to make them. :frown:

    use dried cranberry, or any type of dried fruit cut into small pieces like raisin size... but you WILL have to adjust calorie count then. .:flowerforyou:
