Hey there all!

I'm back on this site going for the second leg of my journey from fatty to skinny.

A little over a year ago (January of 2011) I was 290 pounds. I then went down to 230 over 5 1/2 months.

I found myself living healthy, working out, eating pretty well (not perfect), and then my gym closed...

I debated joining another one, but then my work told me we were going to be moving our office, so I figured I'd wait... this went from being Mid-February to now April 6th, and I've put off going to the gym for about 6 months now.

I rock climb twice a week (at least), and run when it's not freezing cold outside, but I'm dying for the good weather to return so I can be more active outdoors.

My current weight goal is 210 down from 235 (on March 1st). 6 days later I'm at 229.8 and working my way back down.

I'd be please if any of you "Friended" me on here as I could use some encouragement from time to time and I'm happy to give it just as freely.

Otherwise, hope all have good luck on their diets / workouts!
