30 day shred and other exercise

I play squash for 40 minutes on a Thursday. I go swimming for 45 minutes on a Sunday and a 30 minute run once in the week.

I have just started the 30 day shred (day 2) and it states to not do Sundays (my swimming day so thats fine).
The question is should I still be doing the 30 day shred on the Thursday (when I play squash) and on the same day I go running?

The 30ds incorporates a little strength training too and on the days I am exercising I tend to be just doing cardio really. So should I do the 30ds on other exercise days?
