I see this word used around the forums a bit but I'm confused about them. I understand there are macronutrients and micronutrients but that's as far as my knowledge goes.
I'm wondering if any of you out there who use this measurement could point me in the right direction for information before I randomly start googling terms and hope I get lucky. I love learning about this kind of stuff and this is an area I haven't explored yet.

Macro nutrients are nutrients that your body needs (and thus you should be tracking) in larger quantities (grams) - cals, fat, carbs, protein, fiber. Micro nutrients are ones your body needs (and thus you track) in smaller quantities (milligrams) - basically everything else.0
