Headaches before or after eating?

I have noticed that I have been getting headaches sometimes before and sometimes after I eat. I know sometimes with before, it is most likely because of blood sugars, but afterwards? I don't think I am eating things that would cause it to spike after eating, but I am not sure.
Does this happen to anyone else?
