Helping others but not seeing any changes myself

I have been in the wellness field for almost 6 years, I run a lot, cook healthy ... and I can admit I indulge in my soda every once in awhile and eating out with family/friends is one of my best things to do. I know I am at a stand still with my weight loss and it's very frustrating. I signed up with this site in hopes that I can track my calorie intake and exercises. What else am I doing wrong?? Today I weighed myself and there it was that oh so familiar number!!!! HELP, I want to be a better example for my family, friends, and those I help in my work.

    Open up your diary so other here can help you out.

    What is your starting weight, current weight and goal weight?

    go into your settings at the top of your home page then select diary settings i believe its called. scrowl down till you see privacy options there you can select who you want to view your logs
