Hello everyone ! I've been on a long journey this past year trying to regain my good health after a treatment for hyperthryroid disease. Things have leveled out now and I am able to exercise but the last part of my puzzle is controlling my food intake.
This seems like a easy way to get started keeping track of what goes into my mouth ! I think I used my health issue as a
hall pass to eat anything and everything I wanted. I want to lose at least 50 pounds by September so I can feel like my old
self at my daughters wedding. Any tips for low calorie fat burning foods will be appreciated !
