Does anyone know if the Supreme Protein bars (particularly Caramel Nut Chocolate) are halfway decent for you? I like to use them as one of my snacks. It seems like they are high in saturated fat, but hopefully otherwise pretty good.

    If it looks like a candy bar, it's probably a candy bar. Hmm... 27g of sugar alcohols, no thanks. Quest makes the best protein bars, the 99.95% natural line has no sugar alcohols and has a good amount of fiber.
