Am I supposed to eat my exercise calories if I'm trying to lose?

    I try to, I'm not sure if you're suppose to or not. I never can eat all mine though.

    Yes, we are told by MFP what calories to get in to lose weight just by dieting alone. When you exercise you must eat those calories too or you will be under the first number and stall your progress!

    I don't but only because I know I do not have a high metabolism. I think the exercise calories are a broad range and you don't necessarily burn all of those. Just listen to your body, maybe try eating half of them and see if that impacts weight loss.

    some people do, and sometimes those people give you a hard time if you dont. I didnt lose anything until i stopped listening to them and never ate over 1200

    I think you should eat at least some of them, especially is you worked hard or if it takes you under 1200 calories.
