Hey guys, I started my journey of eating better and exercising on a regular basis in November 2011. For me it wasn't just a change to lose the weight but a change for good. Not only did I lose about 22 pounds I have more energy, better skin, in a better mood and more. I'd be more than glad to answer ANY questions you have and would be happy to share my experience if interested. :)
