Not sure how to log this beef

I bought a package of 'ranchers reserve beef for BBQ' from Safeway. I already have it marinading or I would take a picture.
It was quite cheap, almost no fat marbling at all, no other information.
They are about 1 inch by 3 inch rectangular pieces. Any suggestions for how to enter that? Or has anyone seen those before and know what sort of cut they are??
