Hi there
I'm into this calorie counting about a week. 33 yrs old, dad of 4. Work extremely long hours so find it difficult to find time to work out. Use to live our of service station food as I'm on the road every day. feel free toad me as a friend as I could do with the support and ideas for food diary & exercise.
