How much protein am i supposed to have?

I'm trying to lose weight as well as gain some muscle. I weigh 65kg and was wondering how much protein I'm supposed to have?

    If that's you in the picture I think you're pretty hot already but the general consensus is to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight and .5 grams of fat per pound of ideal body weight.
