I'm trying to lose weight as well as gain some muscle. I weigh 65kg and was wondering how much protein I'm supposed to have?

If that's you in the picture I think you're pretty hot already but the general consensus is to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight and .5 grams of fat per pound of ideal body weight.0

To gain muscle you need to follow a progressive weight lifting program, lifting 3x per week with a day of rest in between.
Customize your macros so protein is 30-40% of your total calories. To do this, go to My Home>>Goals>>Change Goals>>Custom. Save your changes.0
