what's most important?

is it more important to stay under your calories than it is if your protein/carbs/etc? I find it extremely hard to stay under my protein goals but i always manage to say under my calories. i cant ever even them all out together. is anyone else having problems with this?

Nutrition is key.
I think extra good protein is ok, especially if you're going to
exercise with a goal to attain a better level of fitness.
Zone diet seems to work best for me. I think because I can wrap my brain
around the meal preparation. I have 5 small meals daily

I just gotta figure out how to keep it off, once I get healthy and fit.....
