AVERAGE DAILY INTAKE OF????

Hi. I am wondering if anybody could give me info on how much fiber and protein the body should get per day? Also, I am needing info on how much total fat and saturated fat would be the limit for a weight of 234 pounds at 5'11 tall? Any help would be appreciated. I want to be able to put the right goals and limits on my chart...thanx.
