Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

I just received the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program and I did disc one which went ok but I'm a little confused on what to do tomorrow. For month 1, do I do disc 1 for the first week and disc 2 week two and so on OR do I do disc 1-4 (add the cardio disc as well 1-2 times a week) and repeat that for the first 30 days? Maybe I'm not reading the instruction manual correctly but I'm just a little confused. Any help would be great!

  • Hello. In the "Fitness guide" there is a suggested schedule for each of the disks by week.

    need help please i lost my guide n have not even started, actually my lil girls thought they would just take it and use it as a coloring book u would thnk they would use crayons but nooo they used black permenant marker just my luck. do u knw of where i can get a copy or at least the schedule for the disks. please help if u can help my email is neen2179@yahoo.com
