For those of you that lost a lot of weight, did you have to worry about excess skin after your weightloss? What about the mid-section? I still have about 100 lbs to lose and I started Les Mills Pump in hopes that resistance training will help tone as I lose.
What worked for you? Tips and tricks???

Losing it slowly definitely helps. I've lost 115 so far and haven't had any loose skin, but it's been over two years. Building muscle can also help "fill in" loose skin in some spots, like the chest, etc.0
