Finding Energy

So I am really struggling to find the energy to work out. I work 50 or so hours a week, have two young boys and a husband who works 16 hour days. I KNOW it is a cycle. I am tired because I do not work out. I do not work out because I am tired. I am just really trying to find the motivation to DO IT! By the time my kids are in bed and my dishes are done and the house it cleaned up I can hardly keep my eyes open. AND getting up earlier in the day is not my gig. I have never been a morning person. I stuggle getting up at 6 to get ready for work. SO two questions. 1. How do I train myself to get up in the mornings 2. any tips for just forcing myself to do it?? OH also, when I am caught up on my sleep I don't have this issue it is just when I am lacking my sleep. Sorry for the long ramble. My brain is shutting down.

Sounds like you may have answered your own question. I've always found the only two times I will successfully work out over the long run is before work and at lunch. But getting the morning routine going isn't easy at first. For me it takes going to bed early for a couple of weeks. Then, just as the benefits to the workouts are kicking in, I've found I sleep better making the workouts easier AND the additional energy and alertness from working out then replaces the time it takes and then some.
