Help Please!
I would like to know what to eat after the flu. I have of course lost 2 pounds at least, maybe more. Yesterday I had a bowl of homemade vegetable beef soup, less than 1 cup, and today alls I had was a banana. Nothing sounds good, but am hoping to feel better tomorrow and dont know where to start when I do feel like eating! I was losing 1 pound a week & dont want to mess that up!
Thx for any help

I usually eat things like oatmeal, soup, and crackers until my stomach can handle more food.0

When I have stomach issues, I do the BRAT diet
Banana
Rice (white)
applesauce
Toast0 -

Yup, BRAT diet's the best thing to keep your stomach settled.0 -

make sure while on the BRAT diet you don't put salt or butter/margarine on things, and unsweetened apple sauce if you can handle it lol0

I add yogurt (helps with digestion) and unsweetened hot tea (another way to get your fluids) - turns it into the BRATTY diet0 -
Get some good homemade chicken soup/bone broth - homemade broth is mineral rich and full of all kinds of good things.0
