I don't see why not. I used to and it helped get through the workout without any pain.0

I"m in two minds about this one - I usually do before a race so I can just keep going... but on a regular training run I will only take them if I actually need them. I guess there is the risk that you will be ignoring an injury that should be making you slow down.
So, yes and no!0 -
I have a bad back due to working as a CNA for years and working in a facility that didn't have the proper equipment to do my job safely. Sometimes I just KNOW when my back will act up, when that happens I usually take an Excedrin Back and Body before my workout, it works like a charm. I also see a chiropractor regularly and he has done miracles for my back pain...in fact I think I might need a visit to him.0

Depends why you take them.. If you have a sore ankle, unless you need to, like for an important event, no, the pain is 'nature's way' of telling you to ease up so you can heal.
If you have a headache and want to work out, I don't see any short term problems..0
