Exercise...check! Need Food Control!

Hello all! I am here to consolidate my exercise and food intake. I have not changed my diet but have been working out for 2 months at least 3 times a week! I have not lost 1 pound! I'm just stuck and assuming that it's muscle weight and that I really need to start watching my diet more carefully. I can feel tons of new muscle all over and my body is definitely changing shape. Now it's time to get the rest of the fat off, especially around the middle!

I'm hoping to get encouragement and ideas here and hopefully help out others!
