BMR Activity level question

I have a pretty sedentary job that requires me sitting at a desk most of the day. I do go up and down 3 flights of stairs about 5-10 times a day but aside from that I am sitting.
I do 30 day shred (burning 150-220 per session) every day and some xbox kinect dancing in the evenings here and there. My net calories are 1200. I typically always eat my exercise calories back.
Looking at so many BMR calculators they all suggest mutliplying my bmr (1570) by different levels (1.2 for sedentary and little to no exercise, 1.375 for lightly active easy exercise 1-3 days a week, 1.55 for mod active exercise 3-5 days a week and 1.75 for active exercise 6-7 days a week). What would working out to a smaller workout like 30 day shred classify me under? I never know where I stand when it comes to this. I work out every day but its only for 20-30 mins and I have a sedentary lifestyle otherwise.
What have you done about this?

i dont include my workouts as part of my regular activity level, i already get compensated for them with the extra calories. i figure your lifestyle activity level is what you do when you arent working out.....say for the other 16 waking hours0

I personally don't believe in exercise for fat loss for one simple reason. You can run all day and all night and never lose an ounce or you can burn fat in your sleep all depending on your diet. Working out should be for health and fitness, not fat loss. So, I urge people to eat their BMR in calories every day and that way all of their activity will go toward fat loss and they'll have plenty of calories to work with for proper nutrition. Then do whatever exercise meets their other goals examples of which include excellence in a sport or occupation, strength, explosive power, endurance, flexibility, systemic fitness, speed and agility, improved bone density, physical dexterity, stress reduction, general health and well being, body sculpting, body awareness, coordination, poise and comportment, balance, body composition, peace of mind, mental acuity, increased life expectancy, etc.
I also believe JM is a huge over-hyped fraud for the following reasons.
Jillian Michaels is a popular celebrity fitness trainer with meager qualifications considering the amount of hype she manages to generate. She's holds only two personal trainer certifications which are of very low level academic value and not even the equivalent of an AA degree. To my knowledge she has no bachelors degree in anything and has acquired her celebrity only through self promotion and the hype from the two reality TV shows on which she's appeared.
Michaels has been sued several times for promoting or selling dangerous or unhealthy supplement products. She has had several cosmetic surgical procedures to improve her appearance. She has be known to exaggerate, misrepresent, or lie for the sake of promoting herself for no better purpose than self glorification and material profit. She has been repudiated by a old one-time friend and martial arts trainer and an article in the Los Angeles Times revealed her to be little more than a fraud. She is also believed to have used steroids to improve her physical appearance which accounts for her somewhat masculine look in many old photos. Almost all recent photos promoting here have been retouched (Photoshopped).
There is nothing of value on Michaels website (here --> http://www.jillianmichaels.com/ ), which costs $3 per week ($156) annually that cannot be found elsewhere on the Internet for free. She promotes myth and is a purveyor of bad information as is evidenced by her book "Master Your Metabolism" for which she has been criticized by several experts here ---> http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/master-your-metabolism (see pages 2-3). The title of her book attempts to capitalize on a common myth which suggests that we can do things to make permanent or long term changes to our metabolism which, of course, is not true or medically correct.
In general, Michaels has nothing new to offer. The best health and fitness experts in the world have provided a wealth of information for fat loss, fitness, and health maintenance and all for free and on the Internet. All we have to do is find it, study it, and muster the self discipline to use it. It's available from the US government agencies NIH, USDA, CDC, and FDA. Pop icons like Michaels run on hype and cool sounding and catchy phrases such as "30 day Shred" to exploit the false hopes, ignorance, and naivete of the public for the sole purpose of their own personal financial gain.
