Got a few questions. I just started back to doing zumba after i had my baby. my back is killing me? I dont know if I hurt it or its just sore from working out? How can i get this back pain to ease up other than taking some advil? HELP!!

  • Probably from the Zimba. Lay on a heating pad, that'll help :)

    Are you breastfeeding?

No im not but wanted to try it atleast.. during my c-section i had a severe allergic reaction to the antibiotic and they had to give me 2 epi pins and with the meds that are in it. they said i couldnt breastfeed that it might harm the baby.

I read that you had a c-section too. I think that your core is not strong enough to support zumba - that's why your back is hurting. Work on your core by doing planks on your knees or a table to start and work your way down to elbows and toes. I would google planks on knees to get an idea of proper form. Give it a month or two and you will be able to do your zumba class with no problem!

hopefully.. and thanks. I am starting working out a little to early in the game. My baby is only 5 weeks but i feel so down during the day if i dont workout at all. maybe i need to find some not so streanuous (spell??) workouts so i wont feel like that.
