when is it best to have a protein shake? Before or after exercises

    I have one after training, helps a lot with recovery , sometimes one in between meals. And always one before going to bed.

    Thankyou. I usually have one after exercising because thats when i remember.

    Found out by my trainer when to have protein powder. She said after exercise roughly 30 mins at the latest best after 10-15 mins of finishing. Then eat within the first hour. Hope that makes sense.
